Discussions are ongoing with the preferred tenderer and we are expecting revised prices soon.  The details for a clubhouse and utility connections are also being finalised.  We expect to have some clarity soon on all this.  The planning application will now be considered at the Planning Committee in early October.

Members may have noticed that a planning application has now been received for the Windmill Inn, which includes development on the bowling green.  The applicant has promised a unilateral undertaking which will provide further monies towards the completion of our project. The Club will be writing to support the application on this basis and will negotiate the amount with the developer.

Rest assured that we are still on track to have the artificial green up and running for the start of the 2016 season.
