Junior

Crown Green Bowls is a sport that is great fun for all young people, whatever their athletic ability.  We find that most kids that give it a try really enjoy themselves.  Compared to other sports bowls is also a very cheap activity as we can supply all the equipment that is needed.

The Club runs a vibrant junior section with regular fun bowling sessions that normally take place on Thursday evening from 6-7pm or Saturday mornings 10.30-11.30am.  New young people who would like to have ago are welcome to attend – the first session is free.  Subsequent sessions cost £2 per child (£1 for additional siblings) or an annual Junior Membership can be paid which is £10. As well as playing for fun, the Club enters a team into the West Lancs & Sefton Junior League and plays matches against other local teams.  In addition several of our players play for the Ormskirk West Lancs district team and at County level for Lancashire
