Aughton League Fixtures

All the Aughton League (Wednesday evening) fixtures are now posted on our website.  These teams will be most suitable for our beginners who may want a go at competitive bowling which isn’t set at a too high standard.  All home games and events have been added to the Calendar son this site, so you can now see exactly when the green is being used.  Please note that 15 minutes before the match start time is reserved for away team practice and before that the home team can practice.  Match start times will be added to the fixture lists soon.

Brilliant Sponsorship News

The Club is really pleased to announce that co-op funeralcare, based in Wigan Road, Ormskirk, will be sponsoring us for the 2016 season. The company are great supporters of bowls nationally and it is wonderful that they are the first to sign up to our sponsorship package.  Janine Owen, manager, has said how pleased the co-operative funeralcare, Ormskirk are to support such an exciting new bowling club which will provide a quality facility for the local community.  We look forward to, what will hopefully be, a long and fruitful relationship for both parties.

Ormskirk League Fixtures

The Ormskirk League (Tuesday night) fixtures have now been posted on this website on our new Fixtures pages (see menu above). The first fixture is very early on Tuesday 5th April.  We will play our first historic home game the following week against Aughton Town Green.

I am still awaiting start times, but for our home games in April it will be an early start and we will probably need 5 blocks on the green.
