The club intends to hold the above event in the upstairs function room subject to Covid restrictions not changing.

Agenda and proposals are scheduled to be sent out at least 14 days before, can you therefore advise any further proposals, other than those I have already received, no later than Wednesday 19 January 2022.

Given the current climate can you let me know if you are intending to come to the AGM no later than Friday 21 January 2022, so that the committee can be satisfied that the numbers can be accommodated. Please include partners if they are also wishing to attend.

Appropriate measures will be required including the wearing of masks when not seated at the table and hand sanitising which will be available.
