Welcome to Ormskirk Bowling Club. You can join Ormskirk Bowling Club as a new member by filling in the form below and pressing submit – this will email the details to the Club’s Secretary and Treasurer. You can contact the Club’s Secretary for further details by emailing nigel.whitehurst@gmail.com. If you have been encouraged to join by a friend or family member please add their name on the form as they will receive discounted membership next year. Existing Members who are re-joining please fill in the form on the ‘Existing Members’ page – drop down option under ‘Join’.
Membership Fees are for one year from 1st April to 31st March (unless specified otherwise) and are very reasonable for the superb facilities we offer, as well as all year round bowling. They are set out below.
Full Member – £50.00
Junior Member – (Under 18) – £10.00
Student Full Time – £20.00
Family Membership – (Minimum 3 members) – £90.00
Payment may be made by doing a bank transfer to Ormskirk Bowling Club (Sort Code 20-74-45 A/C Number 30625663). Please use the name of the member as the reference for the bank transfer so we know who the payment is for. Alternatively you may by post a cheque to the Club’s Treasurer (Martin Roberts, 20 Lynwood Avenue, Aughton, L39 5BB). Please note that if you pay by cheque the processing of your membership may take significantly longer than if you pay by bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail with all the club information once your payment has been received.

Membership Form (New Members)
This form will be emailed to the Club’s Secretary and Treasurer when submitted. Details will remain confidential although names, addresses, emails and phone numbers will be shared with Club Captains and some details will be shared with the BCGBA as part of the Club’s annual returns.

Hi I am interested in more details of joining the bowling club can you send me some details ie what days do you play on, which league do you have a first team and second team and how will I know if I am good enough for either of them. Thanks Steve smith.

Hi Keith, if you go to the New Members page under the Join tab then it gives the sort code and account number to do a bank transfer to ( if you do electronic banking) . If not it gives details of who to send a cheque to. Does that assist?
I thought the initial welcome by members of this club was brilliant and everybody was warm and friendly. Very well organised and the sessions provided some good coaching that will clearly encourage the growth of some new additional members.
